1. Scope of service
This is an ongoing social media management and digital marketing service. It covers strategy, a pre-planned monthly content calendar, content creation, scheduling and publishing, the channel services and add-ons selected by the client, and monthly reporting, as described in the pricing calculator and the accepted proposal or quote. It does not include search-engine optimisation (SEO), website development, logo or packaging design, or anything not expressly selected and agreed, which are assessed and quoted separately.
2. Pricing, estimates & the calculator
Pricing follows a transparent, effort-based model built around the scope the client selects. The figures shown by the online calculator, and any indicative figures shared in a proposal, are estimates only. The actual rates are those agreed in the final deal and confirmed in writing on kick-off, and they may vary from the estimate depending on the specifics, scope and volume negotiated. Rates are quoted exclusive of taxes and may be reviewed at any monthly renewal.
3. Content cadence & formats
The chosen posting frequency sets the number of feed posts planned per month; the content mix (images, carousels, documents, reels, polls, text) is planned within that cadence. Stories and WhatsApp Status are ephemeral formats that are planned separately and do not count toward the feed cadence. The first standard platform is included in the content price; additional standard platforms are added at a modest per-platform fee because the same asset is reformatted and re-posted.
4. Results & service levels
Posting cadence and community response times are targets pursued in good faith during business hours, and may be affected by approvals, client inputs and platform behaviour. Social and advertising outcomes depend on many factors outside any agency's control, so specific reach, follower, engagement, enquiry or sales results are not guaranteed. We commit to the work, the quality and the method, not to a guaranteed number.
5. Client dependencies
Timely delivery of semi-automatic (client-dependent) content depends on the client providing raw photos, clips, recordings and approvals, and access to the relevant accounts, including Meta Business assets, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Google and WhatsApp. We flag these needs well in advance with reminders; delays in these inputs move the corresponding timelines on a day-for-day basis.
6. Content, approvals & claims
The client approves the content calendar before publishing. The client is responsible for the accuracy of product, service and regulatory claims, and for ensuring content meets applicable advertising and industry regulations. Anuyog will not publish claims it cannot reasonably verify from client-provided information.
7. Advertising & spend
The advertising charge is a management & strategy fee only — Anuyog sets up, manages and optimises the campaigns. The advertising spend itself is separate and paid by the client directly to the platforms; it is never routed through or marked up by Anuyog. The management fee may vary with the number of campaigns run. Results and cost-per-enquiry figures are estimates, not guarantees, and ad delivery and approval are subject to the platforms' own policies and decisions.
8. Dedicated resources
The dedicated graphic designer and the dedicated social media manager are optional add-ons. Their fees are indicative and priced by the number of hours and scope agreed, and both are provided subject to availability. Where a named resource becomes unavailable, Anuyog will provide a comparable replacement or adjust the arrangement in agreement with the client.
9. Intellectual property & accounts
The client's brand, social accounts, and the content published for the client remain the client's property, including content Anuyog creates for the client under this service. Anuyog retains ownership of its own pre-existing and general-purpose tools, templates, the pricing tool and content-scheduling engine, and methodologies used to deliver the service, which are not created exclusively for the client. Accounts remain client-owned; Anuyog is granted access to manage them.
10. Confidentiality & data
Each party will treat the other's non-public information as confidential and use it only for the engagement. Where leads or customer data are collected through campaigns or forms, the client remains responsible, as the owner of that data, for compliance with applicable data-protection and privacy law and for the required consents and notices.
11. Term, renewal & payment
The service is billed monthly in advance at the agreed fee and renews automatically each month, with the scope reviewable at any renewal. Advertising spend, add-ons, one-time setup items and any third-party tools are billed as incurred. Either party may choose to stop the service with reasonable written notice before the next month begins. Non-payment beyond fifteen (15) days of a due date may pause the service.
12. Taxes
All fees are exclusive of taxes. Applicable taxes are added to the invoice as required by law.
13. Liability, termination & governing law
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anuyog disclaims all indirect, incidental or consequential liability, including matters such as account suspension, algorithm changes or ad rejections, which are outside its control. Its total aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the preceding three (3) months. Either party may end the service at the close of any billing month with reasonable written notice, or earlier on material breach. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
